Wild caught salmon is one of the healthiest and tastiest fishes commonly available at grocery stores. Salmon is high in Omega 3 oils which are very important for building healthy cell walls. Stay away from farm raised fish because they contain too many chemicals. Sue is not big on fish but likes this recipe for salmon. I buy frozen fillets that are about 3"x 4". For 2 fillets mix  1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp ground or minced garlic, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Place salmon fillets in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Spread sauce over fillets evenly. Sprinkle about 2 TBS  Parmesan cheese over sauce on each fillet. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until fish flakes apart with fork. I use this sauce on pork chops, steaks, and chicken too,


(2) 3"x 4" Wild Caught salmon fillets

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp ground or minced garlic

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp Old Bay Season

4 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
