We make all of our baby clothing and accessories in Smithsburg, Maryland USA. Everything is handmade by local employees and piece meal workers who work out of their homes. We do offer some additional items, such as books, journals, big brother/big sister gifts etc. Some of these items may be produced outside of the United States.
Why do you use Velcro rather than snaps and buttons?
We use Velcro instead of buttons or snaps to make the items easier to put on or take off your baby. In the NICU buttons and snaps can get hot if a baby is in an isolette. Also the Velcro closures are more adjustable and provide a safe comfortable fit for different size babies.
What does NICU mean?
NICU stands for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Help! I washed the baby hat and now it doesn't look like a hat?
Simple to fix. Just take the stitched end of hat. Separate the two layers and push the stitched end inside itself. Feed the fabric until it reaches the top of hat. Straighten it out and refold the brim. Your hat is back!
Preemie Pride? Do you make clothing for other size babies?
Yes we do make tights, pants, hats and booties in larger sizes up to 24 months.
My baby will be having surgery. Afterwards the doctor wants her to be dressed in something very loose. Do you make custom orders?
